History
What were we doing for a 7 years?
In spite of that PFSoft Company is pretty young, it has already affected on the history of trading software development. Era of PFSoft can be divided on several periods:
2003. Startup
Two enthusiasts, Denis Borisovsky (CEO of PFSoft) and Peter Fen are landing ProChart and ProQuotes terminals. PFSoft is beginning its way of success. Development of the Company’s flagship is started.
2004. First Product
PFSoft gives birth to ProTrader trading platform releasing first demo version with java-based client terminal. PFSoft becomes a partner of Sun Microsystems.
2005. Development
ProTrader live version is launched with Java Station as a client terminal. ProTrader .Net trading terminal is launched. Alexander Khomenko joins PFSoft as a lead developer and system analyst.
2006. New markets
PFSoft LLC becomes a registered company in Ukraine. PFSoft begins extending ProTrader with the functionality for stocks, options, futures, and commodities markets. PocketPC and Mobile Stations are launched to complete ProTrader''s range of client terminals. Nikita Laukhin joins PFSoft as a lead IDE and automated trading developer.
2007. International expansion
PFSoft launches its own IDE - PTL Builder to enable creating custom trading systems and indicators in ProTrader.Net station. ECN connectivity is added to enable integration with other liquidity providers'' servers through order routing. Alexey Bogdan joins PFSoft as a usability expert and lead client side developer. Partnership in USA.
2008. Partnerships
PFSoft provides support of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Hedge Funds. PFSoft Company becomes member of FIX organization and chamber of commerce member. Integrations (STP) made with about 20 liquidity provides: Brokers, Banks, Exchanges, ECNs.
2009. Optimizations
ProTrader trading platform becomes really multi-asset platform and supports full range of markets: Forex, Stocks, Futures, Options, CFDs, Binary Betting. PFSoft extends its product: PT MultiStation is launched, to allow traders using one front-end for multiple connections to several brokers simultaneously. New partnership in Australia.
2010. Plans
Exchange within ProTrader. Community for traders. Creation PFSoft Technopark. Partnerships in Latin America, Middle East, Asia
